Political - strong federal government with a strong executive
Social - People are inherently selfish
Economic. People are governed by their greed and self interest
Jefferson
Political - strong state government with a strong federal lagislature
Social - people do best when they live in an agricultural environment
Economic - Federal government should exert price controls on products and services for the good of the country

Why don't you concentrate your search on the United States during those years. Seems to me that as founding fathers we are living now what they wanted and the models they perhaps envisioned.
