Personally, I freaked out, but it happens. I think lots of emotions run through your head when you read that positive line on the pregnancy test. That's if you didn't plan it.. Most people still do it unprotected because getting an abortion is an "easy" way out.
Most pregnancies I believe are unplanned but pleasant surprises. Only the selfish take the easy way out. Men are to blame as well. They didn't have to not use a condom. They could have put one on instead. It's not all the women's fault.. Sometimes condoms break. It's life. it's a cycle. The freaking out questions are just as pointless as these questions. Get over it, it's not anyone else's business to judge them but themselves.

Oh, gawd! You sure opened a can of worms. I think it's stupidity. It's like the ostrich, after they have sex, they are in denial, and pretend they're immune to pregnancy, sticking their head in the sand. Then it's like some blonde joke: OMG!!! How the heck that happened???
Boo-hoo! and it's like they're trying to deny that they had sex. And if they admit it, they invent some reason why they shouldn't have gotten pregnant. Like, it's mind boggling!
They freak out cuz they played 'docter' and now they're faced with reality.
Sex ed should be taught from a perspective of 'responsibility', and accountability.
I think it's time to bring in the Iron panties. And the eunuchs. I swear, it' s becoming an epidemic!

Yep, I ask the same thing. The only thing I can think, is that some of these young girls have self esteem issues. Not protecting yourself is silly especially with all the stuff going around now. Basically if you mature enough to have sex you are mature enough to be responsible. Now all these unweb mothers are going to want some entitlements from the government(read: me and you) to help pay for that kid. Free health care, eic credits and tax breaks, medicade, wic, etc etc etc. Where does it end. Seems like we reward people for stupid mistakes in this country. Too many people run around now a days and think having a kid out of wedlock is like a badge of honor. It's crazy.

in case you have been bleeding, then you definately maximum in all possibility are not pregnant. for many females who're on a 28 day cycle, counting the 1st day of their era as day #a million, they ovulate (launch an egg) on day 14-sixteen and the egg remains around basically for twenty-four-40 8 hours. in spite of the shown fact that, sperm can stay in the physique for as much as 5 days--so, in case you have unprotected intercourse in the 5 days in the previous you ovulate, or in the sooner or later once you're ovulating, then it is somewhat the only way you will get pregnant. The morning after pill works by delaying or cancelling the launch of an egg besides as thickening the cervical mucus making it no longer basic for semen to swim into the uterus. you have 5 days to take it, simply by fact sperm stay alive in the physique for 5 days. Now, some females ovulate faster or later than day 14, that's why it is not a undeniable element. If, in spite of the shown fact that, you're regularly occurring, then you definately in all possibility did no longer get pregnant. You had intercourse on day 7 or 8 of your cycle. even though in case you probably did no longer take the morning after, the sperm might have died by day 13--that's slicing it close. You took the morning after pill by day 8 in spite of the shown fact that, so so you may be risk-free. and prefer I say returned, the reality you're bleeding makes me doubt which you're pregnant. Taking the morning after pill probable further on an early era.

Why do men have unprotected sex then freak when they find out they got a girl pregnant?
People don't think it will happen to them. Especially young people. Young people generally suck at assessing risk.

That is a GOOD question!!!!
I guess when they are in the moment of passion they are too lazy to stop and put a condom on. Or either they are in a rush. Whatever the reason condoms should be used at all times. If you don't want kids or a disease condoms are the way to go... BE Safe...

'Cause half the "women" getting pregnant are between the ages of 14-18. And I guarantee you that less than 1/2 of them know anything about sex. They always think it won't happen to them...then it does. Shocker.

some women are confident that they can't get pregnant at a particular time of month (because there are generally only a few days that you can), so it takes them by surprise. But if you don't want a kid or an STD, put a condom on.

I'm guessing they were in the heat of the moment and protection didn't cross their mind. Or maybe they were in the heat of the moment, realized they didn't have condoms, but still continued since it's hard to just stop those type of feelings.
