Yeah. I was sent round to my neighbours to see if I could tactfully find out their names..

If you feel that way, don't send cards. I stopped sending Christmas cards years ago, unless I really want to give some to certain individuals that particular year.

If you still want to give something, give everyone candy canes or baked cookies instead.

It's basically because of the season people send cards to people they might not speak to all year. It's supposed to a season of giving, being nice, etc.

I met my sisters new neighbours today, I know they have names that both begin with L , one of them I forgot..

i wish my memory was better =/

but the neighbours either side of me back home are scum, they get drunk at parties in the garden and talk at the top of their voice about me at 4am .. then have the cheek next day to say hello.. but i let them know , thanks to their shouting at an obscene hour i know they were talking about me and they should *censored* off..

well we moved in last year and recieved lots of cards from our neighbours now this year we haven't got any whatsoever cause we never gave them cards back

im going to send one to my immediate neighbour and thank him for returning my wheeled bin through out the year. i dont see him often, but want him to know i appreciate it.

i must be lucky then, mine are muslim, so dont celebrate christmas, they still send the kids birthday cards and pressies though, quite cool i think!!
