The legislative branch of the federal government consists of the Congress, divided into two chambers, the Senate and the House of Representatives. Congress members are chosen by the people of his or her state. The House of Representatives, based on state populations, has 435 seats. The Senate has two members from each state and has 100 seats. Members of the House of Representatives are elected for two-year terms, and Senators are elected for six-year terms.

The executive branch of Government makes sure that the laws of the United States are obeyed. The President of the United States is the head of the executive branch of government. This branch is very large so the President gets help from the Vice President, department heads (Cabinet members), and heads of independent agencies.

The judicial branch of government is made up of the court system. The Supreme Court is the highest court in the land. Article III of the Constitution established this Court and all other Federal courts were created by Congress. Courts decide arguments about the meaning of laws, how they are applied, and whether they break the rules of the Constitution.

Some people are so rude! Here's some help:
The Legislative branch is made up of the senate and house of representatives.
Senators and memebers of the House of Rep. are elected every two years.
The house of reps can impeach the president if they have a just cause.
They can also ovveride a presiden's veto with a 2/3 majority vote.
Good luck on the paper, I have three to finish by tonight! Ughh. XD

Legislative Branch

The LEGISLATIVE BRANCH of the federal government consists of the Congress, which is divided into two chambers -- the Senate and the House of Representatives. Each member of Congress is elected by the people of his or her state. The House of Representatives, with membership based on state populations, has 435 seats, while the Senate, with two members from each state, has 100 seats. Members of the House of Representatives are elected for two-year terms, and Senators are elected for six-year terms

Executive Branch
The power of the executive branch is vested in the President, who also serves as Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces. The President appoints the Cabinet and oversees the various agencies and departments of the federal government.

In order for a person to become President, he or she must be a natural-born citizen of the United States, be at least 35 years of age, and have resided in the United States for at least 14 years. Once elected, the President serves a term of four years and may be re-elected only once.

Judicial Branch
The judicial branch hears cases that challenge or require interpretation of the legislation passed by Congress and signed by the President. It consists of the Supreme Court and the lower federal courts. Appointees to the federal bench serve for life or until they voluntarily resign or retire.

The Supreme Court is the most visible of all the federal courts. The number of Justices is determined by Congress rather than the Constitution, and since 1869, the Court has been composed of one Chief Justice and eight Associate Justices. Justices are nominated by the President and confirmed by the Senate.

it is not a Biblical coaching. The Bible needless to say states God isn't a God of bewilderment, yet they say the trinity isn't comprehensible. So if it is not comprehensible, it is not of divine beginning. not one scripture says to worship the holy spirit, so hence it may't be equivalent to Jehovah. Jesus reported actual worshipers will worship the daddy, so Jesus can't be equivalent to Jehovah. The Bible proves it incorrect persistently to those who study it appropriate.
