I was walking through a store on day and a kid on Heelys ran into me and fell down. His mom saw this and started yelling at me. Not kidding she said this, "Watch what the hell you're doing kid!" I said "Your kid wasn't watching where he was going," and she responded "My kid was watching where he was going. How old are you, 14? Well maybe you should stop smoking pot and go home and study!" and she walked off saying, "You can't trust fu****** teens these days!"
The kid ran into my Chin Splints and I had to go to the doctor for it, when she asked what heppened, I told her.

Well, I've never actually seen any kids doing anything dangerous in the heelys. They all seem to have pretty good control over them while at the mall and other places.
I guess they could accidentally fall down a flight of stairs or run into grandma and knock her over...

OK. i can help you out on this one. my sister has heelys and she wears them all the time. these are some incidents that have happened to her.
-first of all, its not good for little kids' feet because its like walking in high heels since the wheels dont pop all the way into the soles.
-she had fell backwards straight onto her butt.
-the laces come untied and she rolls over them and falls.
-she skates around and knocks things over and crashes into people.
-she makes me push her on her stupid heelys.
good luck, hope i helped.

It's a question for security (the TSA), not the airline. But for what it's worth, in May 2007 I saw a little girl in Heelys in the Boston airport, after the security checkpoint. Really I can't see a reason for not allowing them - it's not like they could be used as a weapon, and that's all that TSA cares about.

Well, I work in a Supermarket, and I'm constantly seeing kids whose parents let them skate through the store (as well as run), and the always manage to knock something over that's breakable and that there are ALOT of to break!
: )

I don't know, but my 8 year old brother wants them for Christmas so I'm sure he can think of some ways to annoy everyone with them.
