Best bet would be to find your local Army-Navy surplus store.

I unloaded 25 pairs of my old bell-bottom dungaree pants when I got my commission in the Navy... amazingly, I found someone who would pay $5 a pair... of course they sold them as "vintage-distressed" and charged $40 a pair.
