The morning if it is summer or spring. The feeling is nice and cool and relaxing. Evening if winter or fall due to the fact that I love the smell of fireplaces going and the cold air.

THE END OF THE DAY. When you can finally go home. But then like you said morning is good to, some people think of the morning as a "Fresh new beginning" or something.
