How can you share a calendar to another system that isnt on the same network or using the same exchange server

I'm trying to access my calender from home using VPN client and would like my calendar to sync up with my home outlook 2003.

If you are using Exchange 2003 or newer, and your network is set up for it, use RPC over HTTP to connect the home machine to the work Exchange server. Your IT dept should have the details on this...
