I dreamed that my son got lost in a forrest and I couldn't find him. I woke up and rushed to my 6 year old at 5:00 a.m., while he was sleeping safe in his bed but trust me, all day I couldn't "shrug off" that dream !!!!

No, I have nightmares every night. Always have. If I had a good dream then I would worry.

I had a dream today that I was having big time problems with the computer at work..I was so relieved to wake up!

It is disturbing having those kind of dreams, it does happen to me sometimes and I hate it. I think it's the fear that something happens to them that makes us being paranoid about everything and doesn't leave us not even when we go to sleep at night.

Yes, I have those type of dreams often.....
When my oldest son was little his biological father attempted to kidnap him from me.....and even though that person is now dead I sometimes wake up in fear, not able to breath, and rushing to my boy's room to make sure he is alright.....
That feeling of fear can cling to you for days if you allow it.....
Say a pray, double check all safety concerns and turn it over....
That is what I have to do.....

Any nightmares about sex, hurricanes, or death-which I have FREQUENTLY-bother me not for days, but for WEEKS!
I experienced hurricane Katrina & have nightmares about the water rising & me drowning, & then the risen water turned into a BEAUTIFUL beach in my afterlife.

one time, i had a dream. I can't even remember what it was but I was depressed all day and it sucked. I just sat around all day.
