Okay so i lost my plug yesterday and i went to the hospatail cuz i was have major cramps ( contractions )
And the doctoers told me im 2 days shy...now i want to know if im going to have my baby in 2 days or less or more im really confused because people keep telling me it could be longer or less, and i would like to know so if someone could give me a awser that would be great.

With my son, I was 3cm dialated and 80% effaced at 36wks. I lost my plug at 38wks and had my membranes stripped at 39wks.
I still had to be induced at 40wks.
I'd like to say it means your little one is coming soon but things like that sometimes dont really mean much.

I did that with my baby girl, lost mucous plug at 38 weeks (april 2, 2005) and was 2 cm dilated with some brief contractions but I never had my baby till April 16th! Fast delivery though!

I lost my plug at 36 weeks, then stayed dilated to 2 and 100% effaced for 2 weeks.

I would say it could be anytime now. I don't think anybody is going to be able to give you an exact time. It all depends on how fast you dialate. But from the sounds of it, it will most likely been soon. Good Luck

with my son i went to the wellness practitioner on a thursday and she or he stripped the membranes and that i lost my mucus plug and had intercourse the day my water broke yet whilst your uncomfortable call your wellness practitioner
