Its not true, its just their advertisement ploy, and they didn't want to be obvious fakes because nothing is 100%

That's why I started drinking heavy at age 8, I worried too much about that .01% of germs and thought I would drown them in grape punch, only now I have switched to beer.

They just say that so in case somebody gets sick after using their product they can't get sued for not disinfecting all the germs.

Oh, and just in case you don't know, it only kills bacteria. The cold is a virus, so don't depend on it in cold and flu season.
