the one person that answered was incorrect i put it in and its wrong so i am guessing u dont find the average so please help anyone asap!

Let's try a different approach
395 rpm=41.34 rad/s
205 rpm =21.46 rad/s

41.134=21.46+α*6
solve for α
α=3.314

θ=21.46+.5*3.314*6^2
81.112 radians

the distance is
2*3.14*0.4*81.112
203.75 m
