id go back to your doctor and have some other test done.there may be a blockage ? in the duck from the testicles to the penis. another thing to try is more stimulation.of the testicles or penis. or prostate? good luck.

The vasectomy likely has a lot to do with it. In many men following vasectomy testicle fibrosis often occurs.It is caused by the back pressure in the testes resulting from the blocked vas. After ten years more or less damage to the testes cause testicular failure resulting in hypo gonad ism.You can google it and learn more.
