I can say DOGS are among those animals. I observed that on my past pets.

We got such very brave and wise dog before but mind you, once scolded it wouldn't move an inch, just stay silent in a corner and even would refuse to eat for a day.

Another interesting pet dog I had was another clever and brave dog which was punished for messing up a certain room, it stayed out of the house sitting, and hadn't move an inch amidst the heavy rain downpouring.

None. Animals are not brave or courageous and certainly NOT emotionally soft. You are suffering logical flaws based probably on years of brain washing by Walt Disney.

You are guilty of anthropomorphism.
