I personally do NOT think you should name a child Miley. Clearly you are still just a kid and are a fan of her. Miley is Destiny Hope Cyrus's NICKNAME, and it didn't exist before her. Your child would be made fun of for life with that name. If you so desire the name Miley, I'd name her Melanie or Melissa, or maybe Milleah. That way you can nickname her Miley when you're around home.
For middle names for Melanie, Melissa, etc. I would go with:

Rae
Leigh
Janelle
Reese

Do NOT use the name Miley.
Miley is a made-up name, and it's only become popular recently because of the singer Miley Cyrus. Miley isn't even Miley Cyrus's real name; her real name is Destiny. Actually, Miley is a nickname for her nickname, which is actually Smiley, if you want to get the facts straight.
Just don't use the name Miley, because it'll immediately be asscioated to that singer. As much as I hate these names, how about Hailey, Riley or Kayley instead? Perhaps Melanie or Melissa would appeal to you also?
Just please don't name your daugther Miley. It's childish, prissy and way unprofessional. I don't know about you, but I would trust a doctor named Elizabeth more than one named Miley.
