To every culture, Santa is different and represents a different thing, the reason is because Santa is not real and is just a symbol. Some people are just being closed minded when they say "no he's only white" or whatever.

These days there are a few different Santa arround the orgainal one where green until coke decide he would where red to adveriteses coke. i heard of Indian Santa who where glass.

Political correctness would say that Santa can be both black and white. In reality, St. Nicholas was Irish, therefore Santa is white.

No... Santa (the fictional character) is white, and Saint Nicholas (real person) was white as well. A black Santa was probably made to appease someone complaining about racism...
