I'm making this list off of players i've seen or grew up watching. So mr. clutch, mr. triple double, dave bing, walt frazier and the lot get love on someone else's list. also clutch doesn't mean the game winner... it can be the steal, the block or the pass, or the charge that wins the game and all these players did or do exactly that.
1. magic johnson
2. larry bird
3. robert horry (it was basically his job to be clutch so he getsa high ranking for coming through soooooo many times)
4. michael jordan
5. kobe bryant
6. isiah thomas (just cuz he sucks as a coach doesn't take away what he did as a player.
7. yeah... reggie miller... just could never get that ring could he.
8. sam cassell... don't even trip. houston wouldn't of won any rings without "SAM I AM".
9. dwayne wade.
10. tim duncan.

While Jerry West scores the bulk of his points points in the Second half and the Fourth Quarter and is a dependable and capable guy to take the final shot and is rightfully called Mr. Clutch, there is this one guy who prevented him from winning a championship in six tries. Bill Russell.
11 rings in 12 Finals appearance in 13 years. You couldnt get more clutch than that. Russ is 11-0 in 11 deciding games and averaged 18 points and 29.45 rebounds. The thing is Russ is fully capable of doing INDIVIDUAL clutch plays like the Coleman play or making clutch freethrows (Russ is career .500 from the line but not during the last few minutes of the game) but more IMPORTANTLY, he inspires his teammates to be clutch players. Why rely on only just one guy when you could rely on 5? How could he do that? Russ is the main source of Celtic Pride (although Red cultivated it, Russ was the one that carried it, even when Red retired as coach).
Celtic Pride is the feeling of brotherhood and superiority that the dynasty-era Celtic has over the rest of the League. Satch Sanders describes best the connection between Russell and Celtic Pride:
"Russell has this what people say a winning attitude but that doesnt describe him at all . . . . He also believe that he's the best player in the League. And he believe that the team he played on should win every game it plays. Now that feeling spread on to the other guys on the team. How could we lose? WE CANT LOSE . . . . that was Russell's gift."

I pretty much agree with your list. I'd include TMac but he hasn't done anything in the playoffs to warrant a great clutch player. Gilbert Arenas is fun to watch when taking clutch shots but he's only hit a game winner once in the playoffs.
