A couple recent bands (not really really recent, but they're not too well known) are Pearl Jam and Wolfmother, I like them, and I don't like most recent bands. That's pretty much all i've got.

have u heard of an actress called Juliette Lewis ? she was in quite a few big films, like Dusk til Dawn, and Kalifornia.. think she might have also been in natural born killers... well, she's now made a career for herself as a singer in a rock band, and she's pretty good. try out these tracks :
