Looking for the best way to approach this. My boyfriend and I have been dating for about 6 months, and we are so very happy. The problem is his ex girlfriend. They have been broken up for a little more than a year, we live in California and she lives in Virginia. She won't stop calling, emailing, sending myspace messages to him. He has told her to stop calling and he has stopped responding to her emails and messages. But she continues. She sends me messages, saying that he doesn't love me and that I am only here for his entertainment. He has told her many times that we are happy and that he loves me and is not going back to her. Still she continues. Not sure how to get this to stop. Don't want to have to change phone numbers and emails if at all possible.

Our phone plan will not allow us to block numbers. And I have seen his messages back to her. I am with him when he writes them. I've also been around when she calls and he tells her to stop.

You can block phone numbers, email addresses and myspace accounts, do something about it and don't let her ruin your relationship if you think he's being truthful about the whole situation.

Tell him to stop messaging back to her, Stop answering her phone calls, learn to screen your phone calls. Don't speak to her when she calls, just hang up. Get a new plan rather than whine that your's won't let you block calls. You CAN block her emails from coming through to your email and there is no law that says you HAVE to open every email that comes through...just like everyone else you have a delete button on your computer. Stop opening her emails/taking her calls, block her calls, hang up on her/delete her emails/don't answer her text messages/delete them. Stop blaming her when you continue to open what she sends. YOU are partially responsible.

If you don't already have a caller ID then get one for your phone. If the ex calls again then check to see who it is and if it is her do not answer the phone. She can get in trouble for harrassment and you can call your phone company and put in a complaint. If the woman sends e-mails then do not open them and delete them off the site. She will eventually stop the harrassment.

I had the same problem!!! Change the number trust me it's the only thing that works. Change e-mail to show him in a different state so she can't find him. Good luck. U can also call the police for harassment.

Sometimes, Exes are Psycho. My husband has one of those. It has actually been embarrassing the things she has done. She eventually thought that hitting his wallet would do the trick to get him back (they have 2 kids). Made us just appreciate each other that much more. Makes her that much more miserable. Just let her have her fun. She really believes she is doing something BIG. LOL

Just wait. She'll eventually go away.
In the meantime, pray for her.
