I had anal sex on the ninth day of my cycle, three days before I stopped bleeding. Was I fertile? Sperm doesn't travel all the way through my vagine, right?

It's possible that you were really sloppy and some semen made it's way from your anus to your vagina. It's not likely, but it's technically possible. I wouldn't worry too much if I were you.
But keep in mind STDs are spread much more easily through anal sex so it's a good idea to wear a condom next time.
