how do panda's effect the environment?

The main thing that they effect is the bamboo forests. Depending on the panda they can eat 40 to 90lbs of bamboo a day.

Try looking into that, it might help you with your project. In all honesty, other than eating, sleeping and trying to survive... they really do not do much.

Their diet is also a reason they are in so much trouble. They require a large amount of food but the bamboo forests they thrive in are shrinking.
