When they get dirty.

We live in a very dry climate. It aggravates my children's skin to wash too often--bathes take away the natural oils. So they usually get a total bath every 3 days with hand, face, and if appropriate, bum washing in between, especially in the winter. Unless, of course, they are filthy, and then they will get a bath as needed.

Now that he's 6 months, crawling around & getting into everything, almost every day. That is, I intend to do so each day, but occasionally it just doesn't happen. He usually goes in the shower with his dad, but sometimes I'll run him a sinkful of water to splash around in (loves the sink, still not a fan of the baby bath, for some reason).

When he was a newborn, he was showered once or twice a week, with his bottom & face being washed several times a day.

I give my 3.5 month old son a water bath every other day.. and a Dove soap bath once a week. This was recommended by my pedi because my son has minor Eczema. Best Wishes!

Depends on the age, when my twins were tiny newborns it was only twice a week. As they have aged I go back and forth. When they first started to feed themselves 3-4 times a week....but then their skin dried out. Now their doctor recommends that I bathe them no more than 3xs a week because of their excema.

My daughter is 5 months and she gets a bath every 2-3 days. They don't get dirty so there is no need for one everyday.

Depends on what he does. Usually a few times a week- except in the summer- then it's more often

We give our son a bath everynight... It's a part of his nightly routine. We've been doing this since he was about a month and a half.
