It would be a request made to the court (motion) to require (enforce) the existing order to pay child support (existing support order)

Are they informing you that they have entered a motion with the court to enforce his paying of child support? I know from your past questions that this has been an issue so if you got the ear of the right enforcement people, maybe they are doing their job!
There should be a phone number on the order. I would call until you get someone that will tell you what it means. Or consult your attorney if you still have access to one.
Good luck!

there is no such thing as a motion to enforce a child support order. If you already have an order for child support all you need is (a) your attorney needs to go back to court and get a wage garnishment order so child support is automatically taken and sent to you each time he gets paid or (b) have the local child support agency handle it...it might take longer but they can get the job done. I know in some states it is standard practice after an order of child support is entered that a wage garnishment order is issued. Good Luck.

Yea you haven't been doing something that you were supposed to do on your child support order now they will give you a chance to explain or take you to jail.
