Smart move. I'm a Christian and I think Huckabee's ulterior motives were only for political expediencies. His advisors are truly crafty, get a Christmas ad seemingly apolitical in the middle of a presidential campaign where he talks about his religion is actually clever and will help with evangelicals. Don't think all Christians in the U.S. think the same. I can't stand Huckabee, he is so fake.

I h8 Huckabees! They're some of the worst examples of people vying for election that this election season has to offer.

Edit: In all fairness, I dislike ALL candidates that play to the religious sensibilities of the mindless masses. If you can't run on real issues (i.e. things that actually make a difference in the real world) then you just shouldn't run. Too bad America is filled with farm hands and cow-pokes that like their leaders morally bankrupt.

Most certainly, yes. He new full well what he was doing. But the Donahue guy claiming it went too far is just a joke! Pot meet kettle. Yes, Mr. lets ban the Golden Compass himself doesn't have much room to talk.

Yea, he's being persecuted all right, just after his persecution of Mitt Romney for being a Mormon. (sarcastically): He's really got my deepest sympathies

Probably, but he better be careful because people will put up with that crap just so long and then it will be so long bye bye Huck.

The man was just portraying what and who he is. Is that not what we should be looking for in a candidate. Apparently there are those that would like to mussel the candidates for their own benefit
