I don't get to watch SNL very often, sniff sniff I don't have cable and must survive on the 5 free to air channels that we have here. I have seen that dick in a box thing with JT and that was VERY funny, I think someone emailed it to me.
I did see AC/DC on there a long long time ago and that was pretty cool.

That Ladysmith Black Mambazo thing you sent me was pretty crazy but you couldn't really call that a performance lol
I hear good things about the Ashley Simpson lip syncing incident LMAO

Some of the musical acts who appeared on the earlier episodes of this show were great. They performed live, did not lip-synch, didn't need to put on a spectacle, and their performances didn't sound exactly like their recordings.

I have to go with 'The Boxer' by Simon and Garfunkle.

There was so much emotion and a lot going on at the time, but they tore it up doing an awesome song.

But there certainly are a lot of good ones.
