The only issue with solving inequalities is that you must flip the inequality if you multiply or divide by a negative number
Otherwise they are just like an equality
In this case it can be avoided
15 < (3/4) (4 - 8g)
15 < (3/4)4 - (3/4)8g
15 < 3 - 6g
6g < -12
g < - 2

Distribute 3/4,
15 < 3 - 6g
Subtract 3 from both sides,
12 < -6g
Divide both sides by -2 and change the direction of inequality sign,
g < -2
