I think not ! It is not good to take Neptune's Name and replace the last E with an A , besides the mermaid seeming butch a sex changed or tranny Neptune ! , it also makes the name end with a meaty fish ! .........My favourite name for a Mermaid is Tiatania this being a female Artist's name that painted a beautiful mermaid in her likeness,and i was so "haunted" by it when i saw it,i saved for weeks to bring "her" home,she now has pride of place on my wall.Yes indeed a mermaids hair can be fair or dark and curly out of the water.........email me and i will send you a pic of the above masterpiece if you would like.
