I have the paperwork done. I can't afford another lawyer that does nothing. I have been seperated 6 years with a child. I have nothing to show for it and 3 lawyers later I declared bancrupcy and no child support! I got the paperwork but don't know where to go next. I refuse to try another lawyer...help!

Yes my demands have been sooooo unreasonable. All I have asked for is to get me divorced. I even offered no child support if the ex would make it easier on me! He didn't take it and fights me over little things like how I got the papers worded. I make so many demands!

Go down to your county's courthouse. Most have legal libraries..and I know in my state they have a pro se divorce handbook that tells you how to do all the work yourself!!! I helped a friend with this..it's easier than you think!!!

It is best to have the assistance of legal counsel, but if you intend to go it alone, go to the local courthouse and ask questions. I found it sufficient to hire an attorney to bounce questions off of. He pointed me in the right direction. I did the paperwork and legwork.

try the Clerk Of Courts office, and also check with your local Child Support Enforcement Agency

Go to your county courthouse and ask someone there how to file. They can show you the paperwork that you'll have to complete and help you with it.

talk to the judge at the court or go to court and tell what he did to you and go to Divorce court,,
