Signaling lane changes.
People wait until they're actually changing the lane, and then hit it. Sparky, it's too late to signal now...the tons of rolling metal are my clue you're changing lanes. The signal was to convey intent in ADVANCE. Try that sometime.

Signal before you change lanes. I've decided people think the turning signals are the most expensive part of their cars and they don't want to wear 'em out. Either that or they cost extra and all those folks in those expensive cars didn't want to spend the extra quarter to get the signals. Sheesh -- they've got arms and windows!

talking on mobiles, speeding, u turns at red lights, not stopping at stop sign ---the list goes on. People are very blatant in their disrespect for the law and there is never a cop around when this is taking place.

It's either not making a complete stop or not using a turn signal.

lol, funny you ask cause my husband was just tagged for a California stop. I see it all the time. If your wheels are still moving (even just a tad) your in the wrong. Wheels must be 100% stopped. just a FYI

No one seems to ever stop fully at a stop sign, rolling stop, if that make sense. It says STOP, not creep very slowly through the intersection.
