That would definitely be when someone says they want to hang out with you or something, but when it really comes down to it, they ditch you.

Someone with an 'attitude' I can see and hear a mile off...worse yet, is having to talk to them...they're ALWAYS right, no matter what it is....ggggrrrrrr
