Just finished writing my Christmas Cards to all my friends, acquaintances, and business contacts . Here's copies of the one's I had to write to Democrats. . . . . then at the bottom is a copy of the one I sent to my Conservative Republican friends.

To All My Democrat Friends:

Please accept with no obligation, implied or implicit, my best wishes for an environmentally conscious, socially responsible, low-stress, non-addictive, gender-neutral celebration of the winter solstice holiday, practiced within the most enjoyable traditions of the religious persuasion of your choice, or secular practices of your choice, with respect for the religious/secular persuasion and/or traditions of others, or their choice not to practice religious or secular traditions at all. I also wish you a fiscally successful, personally fulfilling and medically uncomplicated recognition of the onset of the generally accepted calendar year 2008, but not without due respect for the calendars of choice of other cultures whose contributions to society ha ve helped make America great. Not to imply that America is necessarily greater than any other country nor the only America in the Western Hemisphere . Also, this wish is made without regard to the race, creed, color, age, physical ability, religious faith or sexual preference of the wishee.

To My Republican Friends:

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

must say if you fly t Hollywood as good as you write you will be able to save the Globe awards and J. Leno and the rest. Top notch stuff.

I know two democrats via a friend and he was a "mistake" at the hospital when getting a stint. At first they said "complications", but his Sis was in the medical field and it turned out the nurse made a "mistake".

Anyway he knew these two guys and did land deals with one, the other social. The social guy took some bullets out of his truck and put in his truck and my friends wife saw him and got them back. My friend always had a giant garden and gave everyone tons of veggies. He gave this guy some and he came back in the house and go the box. Caught him again.

Second guy just said that democratic women expected their husbands to cheat on them, no joke and the top guy agreed.

So I only have repubs and Jewish, Arab, you name it. Take care.

There are different levels of intelligence including spacial awareness, musical ability, book smarts, street smarts etc. As far as book smarts go, Republicans are most likely to finish high school and get a four year degree. Democrats are slightly more likely to get something higher than a four year degree, but also more likely to not get beyond a high school degree or GED.

Though I've seen the joke before in my email. I do understand the point and it does seem lost on most.

We have become too upset a society. We fight against the silliest of things like a word "Christmas" or a movie that shows Christ tempted by a woman (I think that's how it went I fell asleep...nice soundtrack though).

As a note. no one can complicate your life but you.

Sorry if this flies in the face against everyone on both sides of the fence that is too-easily outraged. Hope you live through it and get thicker skin.

I have a Jewish friend who isn't half as defensive about "Christmas" as most of his non-jewish finger pointers he calls friends.

I also have a Christian friend who isn't insulted if I tell him that I believe in God but think that He's an ******.

This is just one more in a series of posts that prove that people put their own beliefs as more important than anyone else's.

That, my friend, was a well thought out, totally hilarious generalization of liberal democrats. One can only hope that you contributed it with the best of intentions, and no ill will. I thought it was great and if all those things were true for all democrats life would indeed be very complicated. Merry Christmas and a happy New Year to ALL of you in YA.
