You'd think that the first three letters in the name of the play would give that away. Mac Scottland Then there's just good ol' deductive reasoning, Australia and New Zeland were unknown at that time, and NONE of Shakespeare's works took place in China.

It's considered bad luck for anyone putting on the place to refer to it by name. Actors always call it "The Scottish Play".
