I replaced shoes on 01 Cacalier and now I needed to replace drums because of noise. One side came right off and I adjusted brake and used new brake clean for new drum. Other side won't budge. I tried hammer ect. Any thoughts. Thank you!

i'd recommend rust eater or wd40. after a few hours with that on it, it should come off.

The adjuster is probably to tight.Back it way off and hit the hammer on the flange part of the drum.Spray the hub with wd-40 or such.

spray a solvent like wd40 or screw loose--saturate it around the pads use screw driver to try to move break pads-leave it alone for a bit respray it-it will come off with light tapping-you can break drum-might take a few times and a few hours
