The people can petition their congressmen to introduce a constitutional amendment. It's a long and drawn-out process which was designed to be that way so as to not abuse it, but it's pretty much the only way to accomplish what you're talking about.

The constitution and the court were put in place to prevent "tyranny of the majority", so it is hard for even the majority of the people to over rule their decisions. It can only be done by a constitutional amendment which even after congressional action takes time and approval of 3/4 of the states. Occasionally a later court will reverse a previous decisions as they did with school segregation.

You can bring a law suit but, it had better have a good reason and not just that some people think it's a good idea. Even that most likely will not fly.
Or you can try amending the constitution. That's a waste of time I'd guess but who knows.

Start lobbying congress to amend the constitution. Write a petition outlining the proposed changes and gather signatures of supporters to show congress your "majority view."

You must realize the supreme court has more power than the President and Congress. Any action to reverse a supreme court decision is futile!

You could propose an amendment to the Constitution.
Good luck with that.

Welcome to liberalism, that is how most liberal laws are made, abortion, stop death penalty, allow illegal alien health care, etc.
