no of course not.
my 10 year old stepson loves all this stuff. he got to meet corey taylor when he was 5 if that tells you anything =) he is also an avid video game player... loves ALL of it.
hes not "goth" and definitely never will be- hes an outgoing, athletic popular lil guy... its the personality that matters the most, its not all about the music you're into =)

Well, being of an older generation, I must admit to never having heard of slipknot system, etc. Personally, I feel that games like medal of honor are just glorified muggings. But I also think that if you are mature enough to ask a question like this, you are probably not in too much danger of picking up a Kalashnikov and seeing how many people you can get rid of in one go.

Too young? I was about 5 or 6 when I first got into video games and 6 or 7 when I started liking rap music. Of course this over a decade ago.

You cant help the type of music that you like. There is nothing wrong with liking those types of video games either. If you are not goth then you should just keep being involved in sports and school. I dont think that it will effect you as long as you dont take everything literally.

no! just don't let that music and violence control you. Show people even though you like that music you can still be smart enough not to act a fool like these other kids that start killing innocent people and blaming it on the music! No matter how old or young, act proper.

Not necessarily the music, but the gaming definitely. Scientists have proven that video games affect a different part of the brain in teens that they do in adults. We don't want to mess with the brain, do we?

Nobody is too young for slipknot. Violent videogames and music do not induce violent behavior. Ever hear about Columbine?
