Essentially you are sexually mature when you are able to sustain an erection and ejaculate viable sperm-laden semen. This can happen as early as 11 or 12, or as late as 14 to 16. In other words, you are sexually mature when you can father a child. Just don't do that, wear a condom! Your penis size or scrotum size has little to do with sexual maturity, though for most guys the genitals grow rapidly during the onset of puberty and they may well be full final adult size well before the rest of you. Part of the survivial of the species stuff-- as soon as possible, make the males and females viable so they can reproduce before they get eaten or die of disease. Not such a problem now, but just a couple hundred years ago, living to 25 was the same as living to 50 today-- and anyone over 50 was a rarity. Usually the rich and well fed. If you were to look back at your family tree, it would not be surprising to see most ancestors married at an early age--anywhere from 13 to 16 was not uncommon or was actually expected.

There is a simply and complex answer to this question. The simply one is based on your physical ability to produce children, or more bluntly whether or not you produce sperm yet. If you can ejaculate after you masturbate, then your a sexually mature from a physical standpoint. The complicated answer lies in whether or not you are at a point psychologically, sociologically, physiologically, theoretically, philosophically, or just plain mentally ready to be a father to a child in this crazy world. While some people would argue that guys are never really ready to have a child, the same could be true for some women these days as well. Here in america we no longer really value the family as a whole, or even in part and don't educate the community as a whole as to what good parenting looks like. It's kind of a sink or swim mentality. It's a shame really because we have more and more parents who don't have a clue and then younger and younger parents who are trying to show their parents how to be what they know nothing about. Almost anyone over the age of 15 (probably closer to 12 these days) is capable of producing children. But most people are mentally ready to handle children until their late 20's or early 30's realistically. That's not to say that some don't have a special gift with children, but in today's society to be at a point, especially financially to raise a child properly, there are a number of factors that most people never even consider.
You need to realize that you have a powerful weapon in your pants for doing some amazing good, but also for doing some horrible bad. Your best to know how the results of your using it effects everyone around you before you actually go using on another person. In the meantime, you've got two hands, keep yourself happy and everyone else will benefit.

Sexually mature for males is around 19 to 21 years old!!! Mentally mature??? Now days!!! I don't know!!! It use to be the average age for girls was 18 years old, and males 21 years old, but I know a few in both sex groups that are still not mentally mature at 30 years old!!!!

If your meaning the sexual body parts, that would be pretty well completely developed by the age of 21 for males! But in both sexes, some develope faster and slower then others!

I don't know how old you actually are but if your under 17 years of age! Save your sexual desires until your 17 or 18 so you won't have any major regrets! and as long as your not married and feel you need to have sex, ALWAYA wear protection, ALWAYS!!! Be safe not SORRY!!!

And be a Real man, NEVER !!! Trick or Force a female to have Sex with YOU! NEVER EVER!!!

You must go through puberty, intirely. This means growing hair around your penis, anus, underarm, face, (back or stomach), basically anywhere depending on genes. You also reach your at your maxium hight. Finally, the most important, the maturing of your sex organs (penis and testicles) and being able to ejaculate, bascially once you can have a baby you are sexually mature. Good luck

sexual maturity arrives with the ability to ejaculate....but that doesn't mean a male is physically or emotionally mature enough to deal with all the ramifications of sexual maturity.

You are sexually mature when you are ready and able to deal with any of the possible consequences of sex: a baby, STDs, HIV, etc. That includes the emotional baggage that comes from a sexual relationship.

When you masturbate and semen comes out, then you are sexually mature.

well men are not really sexually mature being we are habitual to mating.
to know if you are ready you have to be responible of the chance of having children or contracting a disease. or dealing with emotional aftermath that may occur.
