I will be glad to have ideas since it was similar here last weekend but the sounds were like someone was lifting weights, then there was a bang every now and then and the walls shook. I never heard such commotion from them before so I hope it's not going to be ongoing. I will ask them to keep it down before I call the police but it is disturbing the peace for me and my grandbaby.

They might not be aware of just how loud they are. Best let them know. Tape record it and leave it by their front door with a note. That should get the message across

There is nothing you can do here!
The best you can do is to attach an amplifier somewhere under their bed and remember to tune the volume to "Loud, Louder, Are you nuts?"....... That way, you won't be the only one disturbed each night!
Hopefully, the cop living right down the road will come to your rescue!!!

my headboard is always banging, but as long as we don't break a wall, everything is okay. it doesn't bother my neighbors cause they know that it will only last for 2 minutes. you should try working out a deal with your neighbors, and just tell them to do it during commercials.
