im looking for the name of a song that was on hollyoaks tuesday night it was the 1st song that was played where the guy was hitting a punchbag ! the words go something like " dig it out lock & load we're going to throw it away " its like a rock song many thanks for your help

If you go to the hollyoaks website on channel 4 they give you a listing of what songs have been played per episode from the previous week.
BTW the song is 'Bleed it out' by Linkin Park
