what age should mosty babys be crawling at like the average kid . also what is the avarge weight for a 16week old?

Most babies crawl anywhere between 6months- a year. Crawling isnt really a mildstone cause it varies so much. Some baby's never crawl. My neice only butt scooted for ever before learning to walk at 15 months. To be honest the first time she crawled she was 19 months old. It was funny. My 6 month old isnt looking like she's going to crawl soon either!

Most babies start crawling between 6 and 9 months old.
When my baby was 16 weeks she weighed 12 pounds (she was 7'8 when born). But remember, every child is different with the stages!

Don't you see an infant welfare nurse? She'll keep track of your bub's weight gain. As for crawling, there's so much variation you can't really give an average age. It's not considered a reliable indicator of development.
