If you do.. what is your best dish?

OOHHHH, Yes, hija. I love to bake. I bake at least 12 (twelve) different flavors of biscuits, chocolate cakes so rich and chocolaty that if you eat it too fast, you will choke, and then get a headache, buttermilk and beer S.O.S., pinto beans / frejoles which I take about 30 to 36 hours to fix, with a bunch of cilantro and the other stuff, 1 1/2 to 2 inch grilled rib eye steaks(special-custom cut), baked onions, 'B.B.Q'ed roasting ears-corn,' baked potato's, cornbread, a 6 bean salad, and 'beer bread'.
I do not know which of the above would be classed as 'the best', I like to do them all. I do have many requests for the different flavors of my biscuits, and, milk / beer S.O.S.

I love to cook! My best dish would be my from-scratch, cook-all-day spaghetti sauce. I once won Second Place with it in our local County Fair. Some old lady named Mabel beat me out for First, but the other contestants assured me that it was only because she had known all the Rotary Club judges for a hundred years. I did win the "People's Choice" award though...

Yup, all the time. I'm a bachelor, my best meal is probablt fried chicken, mashed taters and gravy, peas,not much of a dessert maker myself.

kinda. i can make a few things. mac n cheese and chinese chicken casserole are my homemade top dishes. i can make other things like eggs and whatnot. i can follow directions on the box.

When I make holiday dinners my family says they won't come (jokingly...I think!) until I promise I'm making chocolate mousse for dessert, so I guess that's my best one.
