Buy new hangers - but not those wire things you get from the cleaners (they suck). Rearrange your clothes and other stuff into some organized pattern. Throw away or give to a local charity any clothes that you are no longer interested in wearing. Remove anything in the closet that isn't directly related to your wardrobe and store that somewhere else.

Well, if you are creative, I suggest trying to revamp your old clothes with bits of fabric or something. If you are like me and don't have an ounce of creativity in you, try shopping at stores like hollister and american eagle. A cheaper but still chic option is forever21, rue21 or h&m. Plato's closet is a good place to get cheap name brand stuff cheaply.
