Call 911 and keep an eye on the robbers until the cops get there. I may not like my arch nemesis, but I'd feel bad for him/her if everything got stolen especially this time of year.

The person robbing it would have to be crazy. You can't rob a house. What's the house going to do? Hand over it's wallet? My recommendation to the robber would be to go inside and burglarize it if he wants to get anything.
