Well, make a list of things she seems to be missing, or that she has mentioned. I would consider: hair items, manicure set, perfume or something in a fragrance she already has, a new set of something for the kitchen like potholders/towels (they get pretty scuzzy), some books she might like, or a magazine subscription or two, a nice coffee or specialty teas, etc. Cool idea!
For the final, maybe a full day at a spa, so she can get pampered for a night out (maybe the next night) and give her a piece of jewelry then?

What a lovely idea.
If it were me, I'd start off small and build up, day by day, to a large gift on her actual birthday.
My sisters husband did a similar thing for their 20th anniversary.
Day one was a single red rose and each day he had flowers delivered to her. Day 2 = 2 red roses etc.
On Day 20 she expected 20 red roses but she got an envelope containing plane tickets and a holiday itinerary for both of them. I'm not suggesting you invest in an overseas holiday but you get the idea.

I don't know, But one has definately got to be a spa package with deep tissue massage, Hair salon, Aroma therapy and of course Chocolate A good spa offers all these in a package deal. She'll talk about it for months, ask any female she'll agree! Make her a home made card with your personal sonnet.

Bras, underwear, pajamas, lipgloss, makeup, jewlery, perfume, magazines she loves, poems you can write to her, her favourite CD's, a bunch of her favourite snacks, a manicure, a pedicure, shoes, hair accesories, purses, cell phone accesories, jewlery box, photo albums w/ pics of you 2 together...
There are lots of choices but I would get her one special gift and give it to her last =)

Chocolates are always good, but not your "get it from Walmart" candy. See's candy is my favorite chocolate I recommend that. CD's, inexpensive jewelry. Flowers. Take her out to eat somewhere nice.
