No, unfortunately not, unless you count Desperado at Buffalo Bills near stateline NV.

As mentioned, there are several indoor roller coasters. Mall of America has the most well known. There are other "small" indoor coasters at places like Jungle Jims, but none in a hotel that I know of.

Some hotels do have monorails that go through them, but they're not coasters (obviously).

Outside the US (but in North America), the Edmonton Mall has two indoor roller coasters including one of my favorite, the mindbender. They do have a hotel at the mall (in addition to a waterpark, putt putt course, ice rink and tons of other stuff).

Hope that helps!

The only other place in the US I can think of would be Mall of America in Minnesota, but I don't think there are any hotels attached to the mall itself.

There's also Castaway Bay in Sandusky Ohio, home of Cedar Point. The hotel doesn't have an actual rollercoaster in it, but rather a water coaster. It's a waterslide that acts as a rollercoaster since it's the only waterslide that the tubes are powered to go UP hill.
