Question may be read in many ways due to lack of brackets.
Answer then becomes a lottery.

Attempt 1
(3x - 1) / 5 + 2 = (x / 3) - x
X by 15
3 (3x - 1) + 30 = 5x - 15x
9x - 3 + 30 = - 10x
19 x = - 27
x = - 27 / 19

Attempt 2
3x - 1/5 + 2 = x/3 - x
45x - 3 + 30 = 5x - 15x
55x = - 27
x = - 27 / 55

yes, just multiply through by 15 to get:

15(3x-1/5+2)=15(x/3-x)

45x-3+30=5x-15x

55x= -27

x= -27/55
