Prevention has to have every nuclear country participating, not just the USA. Do you think what we say has any effect on Iran? No, they listen to China more than us.

Only if we stop first. Were one of the Great powers that glorify our military. Making things like hybrids all solar energy won't work until it proves to be worth the massive transition to alternative energies.
