I've been working at this company for about 8 months. And I don't know if I should get them anything. I won't have much money left after buying gifts for all my family members.

Bake cookies or give them mugs from the dollar store filled with candy. If you are really low on cash a simple Christmas card with a candle cane attached is always nice and appreciated! People like being thought of during the holidays, don't break your bank spending money you don't have! Merry Christmas

Bake them some cookies or something, put them in one of those nice Christmas tins and attach a card or note.
