I have one discontent person and I just wish she'd leave and get another job. She's also a know it all and thinks she knows everything and will argue with you to try to prove you wrong even if she has no knowledge of the subject and I DO. Everyone else is great and I really hope I can stay here a long time.

Yeah, it's bad mainly because people are bored and when people get bored their minds wander off and because they can't find anything intelligent to say they prefer to run people down. It's so difficult sometimes to rise above but that's what you have to do unfortunately. I have somebody running me down all the time but after talking to colleagues they all think he's on the verge of insanity so I try not too worry about it too much. Christmas soon! I've got a fortnights break. I'm going to have a drink on Friday night to celebrate so we'll raise our glasses together - deal?

No, not too bad, luckily. There are a couple people who can be in annoying bad moods every now and then, but for the most part they're good. Nothing like some of the cows I've had to work with in the past! : )

Yeah, it's bad. Usually the same two people starting it and as they are loud and confrontational, people are reluctant to confront them. Individually they're both great people but together .... nightmare. I think it's a lack of confidence and self worth that causes it.

Horrendous. Worse than horrendous. I don't understand it. I just don't get it. I witnessed some today, not aimed at me but someone else. Just awful. I think those people have no life.

No, it's not. I guess I'm lucky on that account. I work at one of the large electronic retailers, and it really is fun to go to work there every day. I'm serious.

Hmmm..... yes. It's best to stay out of it. I try to but sometimes I join in but usually I have no idea what I'm talking about because it's usually quiet in my department. (I'm technically the only one and I don't have any authority.)

Yeah, that's because employees always fail to realize the power they have if they unite so they just take it and complain. It sickens me.
