Confidence is about having faith in yourself and not acting like everyone else is better than you. Arrogance is when you think you are better than everyone else.

As long as you always recognize that other people have the right to their opinions too you aren't being arrogant.

Confidence means being certain, positive, self-reliant, and assured. Arrogant means having an attitude that you are better than other people. As long as you treat others courteously and behave in a way consistent with caring about their feelings, they won't see you as arrogant. Please try not to worry too much -- you sound like an introspective person who won't let it go to your head, and it sounds like a shot of confidence would do you good.

confidence and arrogance... a line that many people cross.

you can be confident in yourself as much as you choose to believe. but if you are doing things like bragging or belittling people you most likely need to sit back and think.

confidence - self assurance, believing in yourself

arrogance - conceited, vain

it's healthy to believe u r "good enough" but that becomes arrogant when u have to go TeLL everybody that you're good enough.

confident...you are reasonably certain you are on the right road.
arrogant...you dont really know you if you ARE on the right road but you wont stop to ask directions and pooh-pooh anyone who suggests you may be lost. UNTEACHABLE.

It depends on who we are. To our friends we are confident, but to our detractors we are arrogant.
