Do you mean Diana, Princess of Wales? She wasn't shot, she died from heart failure after sustaining massive injuries in a car accident.
I don't know whether you read the news today, but apparently the driver of the car, Henri Paul, had picked up some other passengers from the airport earlier that day and one of the passengers testified he drove like a kamikaze even without the paparazzi chasing him...under oath, this woman described him as "the worst driver she had ever seen".

What's 'The Diana'? I've not heard of that. The only Diana I can think of is Princess Diana and of course, she wasn't shot, she died in a car crash. Could you give us some more details about what you are referring to?
